Delivery is provided by Czech Post and Zásilkovna, typically within 1–3 business days throughout the Czech Republic. Free delivery for orders over 1,500 CZK.

Yes. As a consumer you have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the parcel, without giving any reason — including for a product you have opened and tried. Just send us your withdrawal by email to [email protected] within that period; you then have another 14 days to send the goods back. We will refund you within 14 days of the day your withdrawal reaches us, including delivery costs corresponding to the cheapest delivery method we offer; we do not have to send the money before you return the goods or prove that you have sent them. You pay the cost of sending the goods back. The only exception is goods supplied in sealed packaging which, for hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return once you have broken the seal.

Proper storage of CBD products extends their shelf life and maintains potency. Store CBD oils in a dark, cool place (15–25 °C), ideally in the original dark glass — they last 12–24 months from production. Keep CBD flowers in an airtight container away from light and moisture. Store vape cartridges upright at room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight and temperatures above 35 °C, which can degrade cannabinoids.
