CBD olej 30 % – maximální koncentrace pro zkušené uživatele (≈ 15 mg CBD/kapka)

30% CBD oil is our strongest standard concentration and is reserved exclusively for experienced users with proven tolerance. The 10 ml bottle contains 3,000 mg CBD, with one drop delivering approximately 15 mg of cannabidiol — that is six times more than 5% and three times more than 10%. This is not a product you buy as your first CBD oil, but a tool for people who use CBD long-term, have mapped their individual response, and need a high daily dose in the smallest possible volume of drops.

Who really needs 30%? The typical user is a person with chronic pain (degenerative spinal changes, fibromyalgia, arthritis), a patient after oncological treatment using CBD as part of complementary care, a long-term user with severe insomnia who has already exhausted 20%, or someone with a severe anxiety disorder under psychiatric supervision who has included CBD among adjuvant strategies. For everyday wellness, 30% is unnecessarily strong and financially disadvantageous — 5% or 10% belong there.

Because the 30% concentration works with a high distillate content, the quality of laboratory verification is especially important here. Every batch we produce has a detailed COA with an analysis of CBD, CBG, CBN, THC, CBC, CBDA, heavy metals (mercury, lead, cadmium, arsenic), residual pesticides, mycotoxins, and residual solvents. The COA is publicly traceable via the QR code on the bottle. We make it via supercritical CO2 extraction from certified Czech and European hemp.

With 30%, the rule about drug interactions and the need to consult a doctor applies doubly. At 60–100 mg CBD per day from 30% oil, there can be clinically significant influence on the metabolism of warfarin, antiepileptics, SSRIs, statins, benzodiazepines, and some chemotherapeutics. If you take chronic medication, do not reach for 30% without prior consultation with a doctor or clinical pharmacist.

A comprehensive guide to choosing concentration is on the main CBD oil page. If you are considering switching from 20% to 30%, we first recommend trying to increase the number of drops of 20% oil — in many cases they are therapeutically equivalent.

Buying guide

When does 30% really make sense?

30% is chosen by experienced users with a daily need of 60+ mg CBD — typically people with chronic pain, fibromyalgia, severe insomnia, oncological treatment support, severe anxiety disorder, or neurological conditions (epilepsy, Parkinson's, MS). For everyday wellness, sleep support, and ordinary stress, 30% is unnecessarily strong — 5–10% is enough there.

30% dosing — conservative, gradual, under supervision

Start with 1 drop twice a day (30 mg CBD/day). If you are switching from 20%, reduce the number of drops to 2/3. After 5–7 days, add half a drop and reassess after a week. A realistic daily dose at 30% is 3–6 drops (45–90 mg CBD). Doses above 100 mg CBD per day from 30% oil should be consulted with a doctor.

Side effects at high doses

At doses of 60+ mg CBD/day, side effects are more likely: more pronounced sedation, dry mouth, reduced appetite, slight blood pressure drop, transient diarrhea, drowsiness. Rarely also a mild increase in liver enzymes (ALT, AST) — with long-term 30% use, a check-up once every 6 months is advisable.

30% and driving + drug tests

30% oil at full dose has a more noticeable sedative effect — after a larger evening dose, it is better not to drive. The risk of a positive drug test from 30% full spectrum oil with long-term use is high — THC accumulates in fatty tissue and exceeding the urine detection limit at a daily dose of 75+ mg CBD is likely. Professional drivers, soldiers, pilots, and anyone tested should choose 30% exclusively in broad spectrum or isolate form with 0.00% THC.

Drug interactions — why consult a doctor

At 60+ mg CBD per day from 30%, the interaction via liver enzymes CYP3A4 and CYP2C19 is clinically relevant. The most important interacting medications include: warfarin (increased bleeding), clobazam (greater sedation), citalopram and escitalopram (effect amplification), atorvastatin and simvastatin (risk of myopathy), benzodiazepines (deepened sedation), tacrolimus (increased levels). Always consult your doctor or clinical pharmacist before starting 30%.

30% quality — what the COA must verify

With 30% oil, the quality of extraction is essential. The COA must show: declared ≈ 3,000 mg CBD per 10 ml (tolerance ±10%), THC below the legal limit, no detected residual solvents (ethanol, hexane), heavy metals well below limits, no pesticides. We test our 30% oil in a Czech accredited laboratory for every batch, and the COA is publicly accessible via the QR code.

When and how to use

Chronic pain

Regular use of 60–90 mg CBD/day for several weeks for degenerative and inflammatory pain conditions.

Always in coordination with the treating oncologist — CBD can affect the metabolism of some chemotherapeutics.

Severe insomnia

5–6 drops 60 minutes before bed for deep, continuous sleep; mornings without a hangover.

Vyhrocená úzkost a panické stavy

Pod dohledem psychiatra jako adjuvantní strategie k farmakoterapii a psychoterapii.

Frequently asked questions

CBD has a good safety profile even at high doses — studies show people tolerate even 1500 mg CBD/day without serious adverse effects. With 30% oil, the main risk is not CBD itself, but drug interactions and accumulation of trace THC in the full spectrum version. Always consult starting with a doctor.
A realistic daily dose at 30% is 3–6 drops (45–90 mg CBD). Start with 1 drop twice a day and titrate gradually by half a drop every 5–7 days. Doses above 100 mg CBD per day should be under medical supervision.
After a larger evening dose, it is better not to — 30% has a more noticeable sedative effect than lower concentrations. If you are subject to drug tests, do not take 30% full spectrum — the risk of a positive THC test from accumulation in fatty tissue at a daily dose of 75+ mg is high. Choose 30% broad spectrum or isolate with 0.00% THC.
At 60+ mg CBD per day, interactions with warfarin, clobazam, SSRIs, statins, benzodiazepines, and tacrolimus can be clinically significant. Always consult a doctor or clinical pharmacist before starting 30% and request follow-up liver enzyme tests after 3 months.
Economically, 30% is worth it only if you really need 60+ mg CBD per day. At 40 mg/day, 20% will still last you. If you are unsure, first try increasing the dose of 20% oil — in many cases that is enough.
Definitely not. 30% is reserved for experienced users with proven tolerance and a specific therapeutic indication. Beginners should start with 5% or 10% and titrate gradually. Starting with 30% almost guarantees overshooting the dose and unpleasant side effects.
With long-term high-dose use (90+ mg CBD/day), cases of mild elevation of liver enzymes ALT/AST have been recorded, especially in combination with antiepileptics. We recommend a check-up of liver enzymes after 3 and 6 months of 30% use.
At a dose of 4 drops per day (60 mg CBD), about 50 days. 30% has the highest price, but per milligram of CBD it is usually the best value — especially if you really need high daily doses.
